Who we are
Beyond Church is a community of faith born to serve and love Castle Rock. We strive to be like Jesus and are committed to doing it together. We get that it can be messy; but authentic, meaningful relationships aren’t optional. Our hearts are set outward to those who haven’t experienced the kindness and love of Jesus.
What we believe
Jesus brought God’s kingdom to earth through his life, death, and resurrection. The Church is God's current chosen vehicle to continue his kingdom on earth so that everyone might know and worship him. To fulfill this mission well and experience his life fully, we must know God deeply and remain connected to him. We know God through Jesus and the Holy Spirit. We believe he has revealed himself through the Bible and we rely on it to inform us of who he is.
Our mission
Our mission is to live God's love beyond ourselves so that the town of Castle Rock might know God’s love.
Our leadership
We are guided by our staff.
Our staff team run the day-to-day ministry and operations at Beyond Church. They serve our community and are responsible for the growth of our spiritual life as a church.
We are strengthened by elders and trustees.
Our team of elders oversee the spiritual health of Beyond Church and provide advice to our lead pastor and staff team. They serve as volunteers. Our team of trustees oversee the administrative, organizational, and financial affairs at Beyond Church. They serve as volunteers.
We are protected by overseers.
Beyond Church partners with four pastors of respected church communities who are willing to provide accountability to our lead pastor.

Lead pastor
Brad Sutton has been leading Beyond Church since 2020. Married to the love of his life, Sheri, in 2010. The two met in Madison, Wisconsin while serving in their church’s youth group, igniting a passion for young families and teens that has become a focus for us at Beyond Church.
